OutWest is a Social, Representative and Support group for the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgendered communities of West London.

Formerly known as the Hounslow Lesbian and Gay Group, it has been since 1987 a regular focus for many lesbians and gay men in West London.

OutWest arranges social events, supports local LGBT residents, and also does some campaigning.
