Berkshire Community Drug Agency

The Berkshire CDA is a service which aims to meet the diverse needs of drug and alcohol users. We offer the opportunity for people to focus on rebuilding their lives whilst staying the community.

The Berkshire CDA is a service which aims to meet the diverse needs of drug and alcohol users. We offer the opportunity for people to focus on rebuilding their lives whilst staying the community.

Berks CDA services are for men and women living in Reading, Bracknell and Wokingham. Our services are designed for people who have recently stopped using drugs or slcohol, as well as those who are currently using but want to work towards an improved quality of life.

Structured Day Programme
A 12 week groupwork programme overing: drug awareness, relapse prevention, harm mininisation, life and social skills, stress management and relaxation, support groups, sports and leisure activities and lunch.

Drop-In
Takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays 2.00pm to 4.00pm. It is a non-judgemental, safe place for people to cme and talk, get information, or just relax with a cup of tea. Offers free and confidential advice information and support. This includes harm minimisation advice and referrals to other agencies. People can attend on the day, when they want, as often as they want.
