PACE is an organisation which responds
to the emotional, mental and physical health needs of lesbians and
gay men in the greater London area.
We were established in 1985, and since then have grown considerably
into the largest organisation of its kind in the UK. We operate
from attractive accessible premises in Holloway, with some services
being provided at other venues in London.
All staff and volunteers providing services at PACE themselves
identify as lesbian or gay, and are thus able to understand the
particular issues brought by users in relation to their sexuality,
in an affirming and non-judgemental way.
We are also able to assist people exploring or uncertain about
their sexuality, and we offer training courses for anyone wanting
to understand the issues facing lesbians and gay men.
