No 5 provides FREE Counselling, Psychotherapy and Information to people in the Reading area. They are Person-Centred orientated and we deal with the here and now. We work with depression, anxiety, young people, sexuality and other life issues.

No. 5 does have some Gay, Lesbian and Transexual Counsellors and has one of the largest counselling services in the UK. They subscribe to the ethical standards of the BACP(British Assoc of Counselling and Psychotherapists).
